what does beaver taste like?
We went to the lakeside and looked for a beaver.
It tasted like bacon, but with a more gamey flavor.
If you put it in a stew with carrots, potatoes, and celery, it's not too bad!
But if you put it on bread like ham, I'll never do that again.
Beavers should really be fried in oil.
If you cook them any other way they just become chewier and chewy-er. And raw beaver is just awful (trust me).
